This thread has run for two weeks and we have won two in a row. Coincidence I hear you say but there are deeper forces at work. Anyway before Uber wipes the floor with us all here is my good omen for tomorrow.

Aston Villa used to be owned by Doug Ellis. Doug Rougvie played for Chelsea. Doug Rougvie was annihilated by John Byrne and Gary Bannister when we won 6-0. We will win tomorrow.

    Over to Uber.

Aston Villa are known as Villa. There are plenty of villas on the Costa del Sol. There was an England international called Sol Campbell. Cambell's soup was made famous by Andy Warhol. Warhol was the most famous exponent on pop art. Pop tarts were a 90s breakfast notorious for scalding people. "S'cold here" is something often said by the people of Alaska. The state capital of Alaska is Juneau and d'you know what? The hoops are going to win.

    (apologies to all concerned)

    Here's my motivational connection sequence:

QPR are a team of good players who have been a mess all season but are finally on good form. Villa are a pack of not so good players who are losing it. In football, the team who scores most wins and they have a shakey back like and we have a (currently) good front line.
