my mrs can sympathy there, i currently work for ea games, working with the fifa 12 development as a tester, good thing she understanding and knows it pays the bills, why be in a job you hate than doing something you enjoy and also be involved in something massive. As with Fifa on the xbox and playstation there is even an international stage where players represent their country :)

Currently as am fresh off my diploma, its sounds far more exoticthan it is, my level of testing is pre launch so i dont even see the end product, i also do talent spotting for the game, and do reaseach on players and if i see that for example Neil Taylor in game speed is 40/100 whcih is slow, i can then get the game edited post production and amend the stats to say 70 which will then reflect his true speed.

you an xbox man or playstation?

its easier than you think, www.train2game.co.uk register your interest for a course and if successfully, you will get a national recognised diploma from TIGA who is the governing body of the gaming industry.

Good man with the xbox, do you play fifa 11?

    sweet, game.

What servers? didnt know ea had any ;) i truly do understand with the lag i also manage a successful pro club side and play for Wales and its annoying 11v11 i honestly dont think any team hasnt suffered with lag and disconnections. for example last night we had a friendly against Mexico and they hosted the 2nd game, half our team got kicked and the rest suffered upto 4sec lag.

Aber have you thought of getting an xbox? i know many gaystation coming over onto xbox due to the online gaming is far greater. My mrs has one and i do see the benifits of each console but i am biased the microsoft lol
