How on earth did you manage to lose the opening fixture against Ipswich*? *the worst defence the Championship will ever witness
I was desperately trying to get a bet on Peterborough in play when Ipswich went 1-0 up but Hill's shut it down until Posh equalised - must have known what was going to happen bearing in mind how crap Ipswich are and how many goals Posh score at home...
No mate, David James & Carl Scuse, thats the real reason we lost to Ipswich, granted the manager picks the team, but while on the field, its all down to the players. So what your saying is, the players make mistakes, so its the managers fault, i bet when, and if, you played football, and you made a mistake, you blamed the manager, get real mate. Untill the club decide to get rid of Millen, we are stuck with him, so lets all get behind him, and the team. COYR.
To Alandicksthegreat - Apparently my mate. The set up mate, not seen since mate, the 2 Left footed CH's mate, Jewell played an extra man in CM mate, not that you or Millen noticed mate, and 'i bet when, and if, you played football' - I did mate, although when playing against Yeovil I do admit that Stan Harland said I was the worst he'd ever played against - mate. Haven't Ipswich played well this season, mate.
Alandicksthegreat - Carl Skuse.. The buck stops at the managers desk and there is clearly a lack of direction from the top. Otherwise you are telling me that guys who have been playing professional football for a career don't know what to do... Whilst that may be the case with a few, I don't believe that of Paul Hartley and Evander Sno who have both played champions league football for one second to start with and there are others with experience way above BCFC yet even with them, we have been playing the same aimless stuff for 3 years plus.... This is the graveyard of all but the very best quality strikers and Nicky is one because he is lucky enough not to need people to make chances for him - the rest don't stand much of a chance as the traditional method of playing football where the rest of the team create chances for the strikers to convert is not observed at AG I couldn't fault the lads for effort on Saturday but it was still a bit disjointed with little plan although NK in midfield does make a difference... WE NEED A PATTERN OF PLAY (and have done since 2008) and there is a common denominator behind this which needs to be sorted out...
