    That´s one point more
    In a hard fought draw
And one point nearer to our goal,
    It could have been three
    But quite easily
Have been none to our gallant souls

    Wigan proved again
    They´re capable men
Who know how to play on their day,
    No shame in this draw
    And from what I saw
They could yet save themselves with their play

    The way we began
    After Hoolahan
Nipped in, gave us the perfect start,
    But that was as good
As it got, and they could
Have levelled sooner, hand on heart

    Had Ruddy not been
    Attentive and keen
    And worthy of his M o M,
    1-2 or 2-3
    It could just maybe
Have been, as we reached the game´s end

    So no complaints here
    Nor shedding a tear
Each game in this league is so tough,
    And each point we get
    From now, will I bet
Seem huge to those wanting enough. OTBC

    Have a good week all

    Yours,

Spot on RBF, it's a shame we weren't quite up to our best, but there's no disgrace drawing with a team that plays as well as Wigan do! I really do hope they avoid the drop! Good team, good manager, attractive style of football! <ok>

Good to see Dean Aston on the box, shame he had to pack up early.
I thought this guy had everything to the game - England missed out on this one.

Thank God for a thread which talks (so lyrically) good sense. We were definitely not our best today; but Wigan were determined and tough (sometimes a bit too tough; the ref did us no favours). I also hope they stay up; they have good players and mostly play a stylish game which mirrors our own. I came away from CR disappointed but am not going to dwell on this result. We are safe. At least 5 clubs, 4 of them established PL ones, are still scrapping to stay in this league. We'll pick up more points, probably from clubs above us in the league; which is what Wigan did to us this afternoon. It does not make me less of a Norwich fan to say that I don't begrudge them a deserved point today.
