JUST BACK FROM LONDON..... feel sick at finding the news SOD has gone, to be honest I did not want him at the start, but have appreciated his efforts over the 18 games this season, OK we are in the bottom 1/3rd would have thought maybe after game 22 -23 action of some sort may have been felt necessary..........

ALL I CAN SAY IS ......

    ....WHAT ANOTHER ********************************* MANAGER

I really do not know, we get fed it is part of the plan younger squad, trained the way we want to play in the future a couple of good signings.. might not happen this year need to develop and get into our stride....then OK we were not striding forward with big steps but now we seem to have gone a couple...Wiz's inspiration
    leads to SOD IS SACKED....
MAYBE JL had the whole crate of jura and didn't wake up till today..... AND DIDNT KNOW WHERE HE WAS...........

The board gave SOD plenty of time.

His record at City was just appalling and that's being kind to him

    Onwards and upwards

Sacking the manager is the easy bit.

I hope that they have a plan for who to get in.

The sad part is smhbcfc is that they probably don't and if I'm honest I just can't see anybody wanting to be the next sacrificial lamb to be roasted at the Ashton Gate barbeque pit.

The opportunities have been missed by many of our leaders in the past and I worry that the next manager will receive all the promises but it will be followed up by no promise from the team. By that I mean that our last few managers have been deceived as to what they will get at Bristol City and then hung out to dry until such time as their best before date expires and they are sent on their way down the unemployed managerial road. I am still a true believer in Bristol City but it concerns me as to what happens behind the closed doors beyond the prying eyes such as ours.

Get it wrong this time and perhaps the best before date of Bristol City may very well pass and leave us in oblivion. Nothing about our board gives me, and many others, the confidence that this time the chips will fall for us and if they don't then beware the Ides of March.
