Would be great additions for us for our left hand side. I see in the Sunderland Echo today it says we are competing with Stoke, Southampton and WestHam for the Swedes signature and one of the clubs has had a 1.5m bid turned down. I really hope we get this lad as him and Safc are the perfect match and he would be class in a side like ours. He is only a young lad and is improving all the time, he is very quick and likes to get forward but is pretty good at the defensive work, a far better option than Warnock at Villa. As for Matty Phillips at Blackpool I like the look of him and I hope we bring him in to compete with McClean for the left wing spot, we need competition for players all over the park and I think Phillips would provide McClean with that. Would imagine we could get them both for around 6-7m, I hope we do bring them in, both young, improving, good on the ball and quick
