We have a corral full of horses, some silly bug--r leaves the gate open and they start to escape.
    What do we do
    1) Run around like headless chickens trying to catch them.
    Or
    2) Close the gate first on the ones who have not escaped and then run round like headless chickens trying to catch the rest

    It’s what they do best

After all, it’s soooo much easier to criticise if you’re not yourself implicated

Why don't the Brits just come to their senses and realise this Brexit thing isn't going to work and never was going to. You were sold a pup by a few ambitious, untalented egocentric politicians whose self interest far outweighed any concerns they had for integrity or honesty.

It must be a bit like the day after you got knocked out of the World Cup by Croatia, disappointing but inevitable.

Those who voted remain have you watched today’s news and watched the footage of Merkel and the rest speaking on behalf of the EU?

Does it not make you feel just a little incensed at the smug ****ers? Hard Brexit now wipe the smile off their faces and watch them run back to the table.

I still think that the basic point here is that the EU don't want you to leave, not for any altruistic reasons of 'family', but because you are a cash cow that they can't afford to lose. By their actions and rhetoric over the past few months, they obviously don't give a **** about Britain but cannot afford to let you leave and are putting every obstacle in your way to prevent it. Your government aren't helping by trying to appease all parties and trying to look to be seen as even handed when, in reality, they don't want to leave as they have vested interests to consider first.

Saw an interview today by a German MEP who thinks the EU are bluffing when they say that the UK leaving is nothing to worry about, when in fact it would be the equivalent of 19 of the smaller countries leaving

We should call their bluff because a no deal brexit would be disastrous for them

Merkel, going, going, going, gone.......mind you, she's calling for an EU army now to take on the USA.

Jim Acosta, going, going, going, gone.

    Avenatti, going, going., going, gone.

T May, going, going, going, not long now before she's ousted. The no confidence letters have been presented.

    The walls are tumbling down.

EU now arguing with Italy, along with Hungary, Poland, Czech republic, Slovakia and Austria.......oh yeah, as well as Britain.

Once Britain leaves, the Republic of Ireland will eventually follow.

I know what I want, hard Brexit take the hit and early pain for the long term gain.

From day one we should have presented what we are doing, if the EU said no then fine, we tell them no deal, it would pain them equally as much.

The difference would be we would be one nation hurting but with the freedom to trade with who we want, just one nation to fix.

The rest of Europe would have the struggling Greece, Portugal, Spain all nagging at them, all fearful of collapse, they would have to come back to the table.

Anyway, about time we started sticking together and buying British.
