Was talking about this at the weekend, my wife's cousin who was at Uni around twenty years ago went with her mates to a Westwood DJ set and one of her mates ended up having it away with Tim after the show, she would had been between 18-20 at the time so not underage but it would seem Westwood had his pick of what he fancied at the time and the girls were smitten to be ****ed by a celebrity and no doubt he used that to his advantage.
