****ing hell mate I never said it's likely to happen I said it should happen. Imagine being able to geo-trace the steps of 3 million 'refugees' and any potential immigrants. Screening could be done in seconds, criminals wouldn't be able to 'go on the run'. Kids wouldn't 'go missing'. Murders wouldn't stop but we'd know who did it. That's just the surface, the world would benefit endlessly. Nothing to do with bank cards ffs.
