It would be nice to know if that was all the time, every corner, lap after lap, or if it was just on the first couple of runs this morning. It would make some sense for Red Bull to run the RB8 against a known baseline for phase 1 of their test in Jerez. You could argue that such a significant update as today's might make running the EBD again today worthwhile but it's a far less convincing justification if this was a planned update because all of those measurements would already have been taken. If they've had to reset their comparison benchmark at this stage of the game then I would suspect that it actually is a B-spec car. On the other hand, if it has been a permanent feature of the RB8 throughout and it's the induced misfire loophole, then I really don't understand what they can be getting out of it now. Whether it's illegal, borderline, or just plain clever, it has to be related to the innovation Renault said Red Bull had developed. Interesting. I wonder why the "plough" was dropped. From an aesthetic point of view... I thought it looked rather nice.

Seems that way unfortunately, Red Bull seems particularly quiet. Something I've always noticed about Vettel is that hardly ever does any interviews and is a particularly quiet. Always watch out for the quiet ones.
