    Serbia is a strange country with a very troubled recent history.

    I think it may be a number of years before they achieve a civilised and accepting society, IMO.

    Nowt FIFA do will make a difference.

    They'll have to do something soon when they play Croatia in their World Cup qualifiers. Even if it was a behind closed doors match i'd expect hooligans from both sides to travel just for the scrap.

    Call me a cynic, and I could be way off the mark, but what's the odds that the banned players were liable to have been dropped anyway? I doubt it'll be their star larkers.

    approx 1min into the clip shown on the BBC you see Steve Wigley move from the dugout to the tunnel and has a kick aimed at him by one in blue tracksuit bottoms and looks like he is wearing gloves , also an arm is swung by one carrying water bottles.
