I was reading about them being visible in the UK, some spectacular pics have been taken. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-26378027 Doubt we could see them where I am though, too much light pollution.
Went to Stockholm the other week. Thought about taking a quick trip northwards to see them but didn't bother in the end. Kind of regretted not doing so.
They certainly do look spectacular RBF. There was a coach firm that were advertising a special trip to see the Northern Lights. When people booked up, they found it was to see the lights at Blackpool
He doesn't think they're too bad mate. In fact he's now made them available to order as a print. I am tempted to get one myself http://www.everybodysmile.biz/cgi-bin/public.cgi?Id=198716
Shame about the bloody windfarm photobombing his otherwise good work. You would think he'd have photoshopped that out...
And here's one of Cley windmill please log in to view this image I might be a Sheringham lad, but for me, this is the best photo taken last night
All I can see is a row of three Northern dots!? Get on twitter, you sassenach Shannock and I'll be able to see them
Have a link instead! https://fbcdn-sphotos-c-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-frc3/t1/1780917_604513672963117_1060710281_n.jpg
Coming from Cromer, you can only be trusted with three dots. keep at it crabby, and you might be given more dots, then the picture will be come clearer when you have joined them together Failing that, when you have replied with quote (as you have) you should be able to see them. There is a slight glitch with the site I believe. Check the one of Cley windmill on fb mate
Did you notice the Cley windmill has no sails on it, just the arms. Work in progress, I noticed from the bus on Wednesday.
Bloody typical, we've come to Iceland to see them this week, could've stayed at home! Still were fab here last night too!
