    I ordered an NUFC membership card eight days ago and it hasn't arrived yet. I was just wondering if there are any other members on here that can tell me how long it usually takes and if they are usually as useless as this?

    I ordered mine on first of July and told they wouldn't be sent until August some time.

    Cheers! Would return but I'm in jail.

    I'm guessing they're getting the season tickets out this week then starting on the memberships.

    Got my ST today and it came with all the membership stuff. Basically a load of ****ty leaflets and two badges -.-

    I remember the keyring that came with last seasons pack - one of the cheapest and badly made things I've ever seen in my life (and that includes the new home shirt).

    I never even got the keyring last year,when I enquired about it I got told a wasn't getting one!!! lol

    it normally takes a while, i didnt get mine last year till end of august.

    It's stupid! Ordered membership in August, before deciding on getting a ST later and then tried to cancel membership and they said they couldn't. My ****ey keyring and membership card came in NOVEMBER a full 3 months after I'd ordered it. Good job I did get the ST.

    Anyone know when QPR v Toon tickets are available from? Haven't had my membership stuff yet but have my membership number etc so it shouldn't be a problem getting ticket online should it?

    I don't know how long it would take but I do know that they are always useless, I'm sure we have the worst run box office in the country!

    Will probably go on sale around a fortnights time, will be alright to get them as long as you've got your number. The card is just for home games when purchased home tickets are uploaded onto the smart card.

    To get tickets (away only I think) if you are not a ST holder you have to have a 12th Man membership. It's not expensive (less than £20) and was implemented after the pitch invasion.

    I ordered mine beginning of July and haven't had mine. They get all the season ticket holders sorted first then do the members second. Always takes them an age to get them out. Will prob arrive end of the month at a guess

    No, the only way you're likely to get away tickets this season is if you are a season ticket holder. You may get into some of the games where we have a bigger alocation with just a membership though i.e. blackburn, wigan etc

    I've got a season ticket but not many loyalty points so I can't get to the likes of 5under1and and Man utd. Which games sold out at loyalty points over 6 last season?
