Sir Bobby, just keep trying different pictures from the net. There is a limitation on the size of the picture used for avatars. However, a small cock like Smith doesn't do the name of Sir Bobby justice.
OH god if you are helping the disadvantaged I may as well help. When you find the picture you want, download Irfanview, good image viewer and easy to resize pictures in, just get Irfanview to resize to 80 by 80 pixels.
