    I'm sure he was "ready" about a month ago, said he would sign that week or the week after. Dont know what the delay has been about. Hope we get him tied down then Barton should be easier to convince.

    Good stuff, a little bit of positive news before the season ends. I'm really looking forward to this transfer window, I'm not expecting huge spends but I think there'll be a few surprises in stall. I can see a couple of big names coming in, I've a funny feeling about Drogba too.

    Aye good news and a good time to do it IMO, leave it 'till just after the season ends and leave for holidays with a positive atmostphere in the dressing room!
