For Fulham, I think we should play Nolan up front with Ameobi.

Sure, not much pace about that pairing - but Fulhams defence aren't the biggest in the league and I think could be physically intimidated. High balls and crosses to Ameobi, with Nolan poaching the knock-downs. Then at around 60-70 mins bring on the pace of McLoven in place of Ameobi, and let Nolan drop back into the hole

Hangeland is a massive defender, who has great ability in the air. I think going aerially all game, which having one up top with Nolan behind will result in, will make our attacks very easy for them to defend and cause us to get picked off. Two strikers, either Ameobi and Best or Ameobi and Rangers, should start as it gives us different options if Hangeland gets the better of Ameobi in the air.

Not really. He was out of a villa game with an 'injury' but they're faked all the time. I wouldnt be surprised to see Carroll *spit* play the next Liverpool game

Isn't Hangeland the biggest CB in the league?

I think we might end up playing 1 up top, having Ireland and Nolan supporting from midfield.

Although we've been doing alright with Best and Ameobi so we could end up sticking to that.
