Its a sad thing that 1 of yours and 1 of ours have had to sell their precious medals to outsiders at a time of need instead of our clubs borrowing the medals and paying the medical bills on the understanding that when they are no longer here the club then own the medals for future generations to see.
Good point PMK.I think that now that "The English Premier League" is such a worldwide "product"clubs like us an yours should look after their own. Unfortunately now that football is officially a "business" you get people like Nasri an Tevez picking up a fat wage where as the Kennedy's an Nobby Stiles of this world put bodies on the line for a wage that will not last them when they're finished with the game.
Agreed Gaz,but surely there were enough local people involved with both clubs at the time to point out what we are saying. As you've pointed out mate business is now more important than what our legends gave for our respective clubs.
