With the team already travelling up to Swindon tonight , it would appear the deal has fallen through or not quite been completed.

What a surprise. Scally was conducting the transfer, so he probably didn't want to pay anything out. He'd rather see the team struggle than have to pay out a few bob. He'll have to do it anyway,in the long run,so why not now?

    ?
Damo666 - you just know that I would always be able to trump that.
I thought that henrygills99 was giving an update - which you'd never find on the Club's site until a few days later.
As for vinney - only stating the truth.
Not such an overreaction - not in comparison with children being gassed in the middle east - can't think what they did wrong.

These things take time to do, on the bright side the fact it is taking a while may indicate that its a longer term loan for maybe even a full time deal. If it was only a month long thing I reckon that could be done in a day. Could be wrong but just trying to keep some positivity because I'm feeling a win today!

It's an overreaction in the sense that deals take time to get done. It isn't always a case of money.

On the talk of money, I think we seem to over estimate how much mone we actually have free to thow around. He wouldn't rather see us 'struggle'...that's a ridiculous statement. The better we do the more money we bring in. Simple facts, it's not economical for him to spend and the money simply isn't there.
