    Evening all,

Been a while, could not resist the chance to get involved with the transfer circus. So it would seem that BZ could leave for QPHAHAHA. If he wants to then so be it. Been a bit inury prone this season and I still do not think he is the right player for our set up under Jol. He plays with his back to goal too much for my liking, we need a striker who gambles on the space, someonemore liken to AJ. If he is willing to go to QPR then he clearly has no allegiance to us as a club or to us as supporters.

We should not panic too much as Demps will easily slot into the role, he is a far more intelligent player then BZ and it may free us up to get Frei into the squad more regularly. It may also get Trotta a bit more game time.

As for Pogrebnyak, we hav to respect the fact theclub has bought or loaned him. There must be something about the guy that has attracted someone's attention. Only time will tell, but irrespective of whether BZ stays, we have enough depth in squad to absorb this.

I agree. As much as don't want to see Zamora go, particularly to QPR he hasn't been consistent this season and as you say we do have strength elsewhere. I hope BZ knows what he is doing - QPR for me is still a team for going down - having so many new signings all at once brings its own issues. Anyway, not our problem.

This Russian chap I know nothing about but let's see what happens.

I did hear that Kasami is staying so I think that is good news. We also have great youth players and at some stage need to see some of these coming through.

I'm keeping faith with MJ !

Good post frogman. No panic and probably the media will stop talking about Fulham unrest in the dressing room...

Well said, the pair of you. I don't know anything about Pogrebnyak. His goals to games figures aren't great, but that doesn't tell us anything about the style of striker he is. I'm reserving judgement on the Russian and keeping confidence in Jol.

Basically agree with above threads, but still have a worry about our defensive cover.or lack of it.
Hope within the next 4 hours we can attract an established quality full back

Pogrebnyak is good on fifa, thats about all I can base him on though! Also good point about Trotta, might have been part of Jol's thinking in not sending him back on loan for the rest of the season. I still prefer Dempsey on the left though rather than as an out and out striker.

Good point, I'd forgotten about the lack of full-backery.

Upon further thought, I think that if this one thing to come out of the club today, it is that we want players to be playing who want to represent Fulham on the football pitch. If I was given the option of BZ or Kasami going, I would have taken BZ going. Kasami comes out today saying he is enjoying life at Fulham, BZ says recently he is loving life at Fulham, but is more than happy to speak to our arch rivals about an a deal that sees him getting 80,000 a week. Fair play to Kasami. As for BZ, a touch of the Bullard about this situation and we all know how that eventually worked out. 80,000 a week, really !!

I hope Kasami knuckles down and gets a chance to play the number 10 role he wants possibly behind Demps up front. mmmmmm
