What is it about that Scottish woman? Maybe I'm being a bit sexist here, but she really irritates me as a politician. Anyone for caviar?
Caviar comes from the virgin sturgeon. The virgin sturgeon's a very fine fish. That's why caviar is my dish. Have I got it wrong?
As a politician whether you agree or disagree with her at least she has a vision for Scotland. The rest of them seem f ing clueless. Its almost as if one side didnt expect to lose and the other didnt expect to win. Bumbling Boris probably hasnt a clue what to do next and Farage and co dont even know what party they should be in. Surely the UKIP lot have to join the Conservative Party now?
This wasn't intended to be a political thread, far from it, but all joking aside, I find the woman so full of her own self importance to the point that I can't stand her every time she opens her mouth - to be honest I can't stand her with her mouth closed either. This is a personal point of view and I'm not a political animal in any way, but to me she exudes an air of arrogance that's unmatched in any other mainstream UK politician - and that includes old Etonions bumbling Boris and Dai Cam. Vision for Scotland or not, she's alienating a large proportion of the UK with her rhetoric whilst trying to build a stronghold in Scotland - that might just bite her on the arse eventually.
What I found more irritating than Nicola Sturgeon and any politicians and at the moment Im trying to avoid all the clowns at the moment on both sides is that Will F ing Grigg song!!!!!!!!!! Mildly amusing at first now just plain annoying. A double bonus of our win yesterday is hopefully the last I hear that song until the dozen or so Wigan fans turn up athe the CCS next season. On a side note my Mrs is currently ranting about how much she cant stand Nicola Sturgeon.
The fall out of the decision is panicking the parties. Conservatives seem to be rallying but their leader is resigning, Labour leader standing strong but the shadow cabinet is running for the hills. Sturgeon needs to tread carefully. There is no guarantee that if Scotland force devolution that the EU will let them in. They might find themselves out in the cold. I was ambivalent in the leadup as none of these things are black and white and I'm apathetic now the decision is made. The worrying thing is the lack of a plan to actually get us out. No one knows what comes next. A lot of lawyers will get rich off the back of this and it will cost the country 100s of millions / billions to execute. Come the end, will we be any better off? Norway (I think it is) are out but have a greater influx of immigrants from the EU than we do as a result of the deal they cut to allow them free trade without punitive tariffs. By the end of the negotiations, will the regulations be any different? Hey ho, it seems to have been a protest vote in some quarters and it one in the eye for the chinless wonders that run the country. Let's see them earn their salaries over the next 2 years!!!!
Lucky enough to be in Paris on the weekend and got to the game. They didn't stop singing that song. He didn't play a single ****ing minute! In fairness their fans were brilliant (mega repetitive song aside)
I`d rather shuffle out a load of spunk than waste my time voting for any of these lying fk wits so thanks for voting and carrying on the illusion that we have a democracy init
I won't sleep tonight. Sturgeon is playing the Scottish people like a fiddle just like the rest of her rabid nationalists. Their national debt is already £20Bn and rising. If they want to join the EU and the Euro, good luck. First thing they'll have to do is ask for a bailout.
Sturgeon is playing the Scottish people like a fiddle just like the rest of her rabid nationalists. and farage doesn't play your tune hey ......fking sheep
of course it keeps the sheep happy dude, and at the same time the 1% get 2 keep the yes men in place.........all ive been telling my wife, and she still went out and voted ....ffs until we stop playing the game(voting) the house of cards will stand ........stop voting ffs
Sturgeon and woods are brilliant female leaders but when they speak they go right through me....they are both passionate about their respective countries though.
