......and that's good enough for me. * We’re that confident at the moment, we don’t feel we can be beaten... * They (Southampton) may be top of the table and flying but, given our current form, we will go into the next game full of confidence believing we can win. * We always look like scoring whenever we get the ball and I’m getting a lot of chances. * When we play like that, we fancy our chances of scoring against anyone in the Championship. * My main aim is to score as many goals as I can for Bristol City, and hopefully that can continue." Couldn't have put it better myself. Up the City.... http://www.thisisbristol.co.uk/Bris...tay-unbeaten/story-13919430-detail/story.html
well if Kilkenny plays like he has been, Albert and Nicky are spoilt for chances, Kilkenny really has been a great player for us, and gets a lot of stick for nothing, i cant wait for saturday, good feeling there will be loads of goals, just hope we can pinch 3 points....
Shiny Kilkenny is a classy player, no doubt about it. I cant quite understand what all this nonsense is about him being another LJ. Against WHam & also in the last game, I saw him tackling like his life depended on it. Never saw LJ do anything like that. Also Killa is a lot more direct than LJ was, and is happy to launch a howitzer from anywhere on the pitch. Probably the McInnes factor..
BRR - Most on here know my opinion of LJ and far from me defending him I have to say when NK started under Millen he was better, no doubt - but not light years in front of Junior. For me what has improved NK, massively, is the system DM employs with Marv and Cisse sitting allowing NK an almost free role. I know LJ couldn't play that role anywhere near as good as NK but in fairness 'the McInnes factor..' is probably why NK now looks so much better than LJ. ps - LJ has been dropped by Chesterfield currently bottom of L1 so he'll be back soon sitting in the Williams, and with his father unemployed he'll probably stay in the Stands until his contract expires.
Whatever else happens, we know that if Southampton take the lead our boys will not just lie down and die. They will roll up their sleeves and give The Saints a pounding to remember. More than this we cannot ask......
