Alright chaps mackem in peace, would like to take up a minute of your time if thats ok. Earlier this week Niall stepped down from his role at the club to spend more time with his family and having been a great servant to our club as a player then pulling us from the bottom of the championship after getting relegated with 15points to were we are today. As a former player of your club as well and one of the very few honest and certainly a gentleman, a man who donated all of the money raised at his testimonial match to charity I wonder if you could help us out. As fans we are tying to get the south stand at the Stadium of Light renamed the Niall Quinn Stand, I am sure there will be a large number of Sunderland fans will will sign the petition but the more signatures the better and it only takes a minute tops.
