Tim Sherwood departed Aston Villa this morning, are they like Liverpool one of these clubs that signs players by committee and then expects a manager to win either the premiership or FA cup with players that are not really good enough. Maybe these clubs should let managers sign the players that they think are the right ones to take the club forward or sack the committee instead
Villa have been punching above their weight for a while now, get 'em back in the third division for a while where they always used to be and it might bring some normality and sense back to the club.
