We have not really had one of these so I thought we could put any city news on here or complaints. To start it off I heard a rumour that Chester might go to Nigel Pearson for four million. I hope it's not a true one!

I don't think Chester is in a hurry to go anywhere, he's getting revised terms from us and he's just bought a house, but the suggestion that Leicester have no money is plainly bollocks, in the last window they bid £1m for Wes Morgan, £1m for Ben Marshall, £2m for Billy Sharp and £1.5m for Stewart. I wish I was that skint.
No Money = Not having the budget that Sven wasted last summer. Yes they shall have money but i would suggest nothing like the amount needed to sign someone of Chesters quality. Plus they have enough centre backs in Bamba - SSL - Morgan and Mills(the £5.5m mega signing who NP will try and move on somewhere). NP has already said in the press that he will have to be shrewd in the summer market due to FFP regulations. Leicester are the Man City of the championship. There is noway that there outside income can fund that squad as it is at the moment. I wonder if any of the PL clubs will come knocking for NP players ?
Leicester could always chuck an arm and a leg at getting promoted within the next 3 years... They could append a billion this season without punishment (yet) if they wanted to.
They could and then suffer the penalties and punishments. No quarantees that it will work and they should know that already.
A serious rumour my Evertonian fanatic friend has always maintained they're looked closely at Chester for awhile but worries our valuation of him will price them out. Said this once or twice before. Another rumour doing the rounds is that the dead king isn't Joffrey's real father, he's actually the inbred spawn of a relationship between his mother and his uncle. I believe he is aware of this too.
Jesus ! We turned down £1.5 million for Stewart ? That shows how little Adam Pearson knows about football !
If we can keep our current key players and improve on them then next season should be better than most expect!
I Dont think anyone will take Mills unless Lesta are prepared to take a massive hit on him. Plus i dont think Lesta nor Everton will have the money needed to even think of a bid. Everton dont need centre backs they need forwards.
