I think you's have done very well this year. At the start of the season looking at the fixture list I'd have thought your game yesterday would have been a relegation battle.

You've got a base to a good squad, with Ben Arfa coming back it'll be like a new signing. Both of our clubs have struggled with injuries, Do you believe that in your case it's just bad luck or training methods?

I think both of our season's pivotal point was in the January transfer window, losing Carroll (Bent for us) stopped both teams to really putting a stamp on the league this season.

Ofcourse, I'm delighted we finished above you. Hopefully in the near future we'll both be fighting for European places. :emoticon-0150-hands

I think both teams have had an almost identical season. Both lost their main talisman in Jan and didn't replace them, both been up near the top and threatened with relegation, both can claim bragging rights (us for the games, you's for the league position). Looking forward to battle commencing next year!

For me it must be Bruce's training method. Our long serving physio left mid-way through the season after apparently having a bust up with Bruce. Need to get it sorted ASAP cos it's putting players carreer's at risk.

I think next season is going to be massive to see how both clubs are going to stand in the near future. The second season syndrome seems to be taking place quite a bit. I think our season will either go very well, or very poor. Bruce's job is still on the line IMO, finishing above you's was massive for Bruce. I think he'll have till January for Short to make his mind up.

I long for the day when both clubs will be challenging for European places but I would love nothing more than a Tyne Wear Cup final!
