I'm happy that we are still looking to strengthen. I haven't seen him but from the reports Oli seems useless (Although I will give him a chance) so we really need some strikers in. I don't much like the looks of Oli, Kuffor and McClure to score our way to the play offs.
I suppose that he knows this division should help but i would like to see Mclure given a run up front with Beavon with Kuffor coming on as sub if we needed a change.
Oli & Kuffour - would I have either of them back at the Gills, no. IMHO, I hope you have someone that is prepared to run around after Kuffour.
remember me informing you last season what he was like??? was i wrong?? played good and got goals while on loan to earn a contract? then once gets a contract does sod all? lazy and just stands there and may ocassionally jog about but makes no effort helping out attacking or defending. wants ball to his feet and tries to take on 3 players (never gets passed the 1st player) than pass to someone else who has easier chance. very greedy. that what he was like with. gave you heads up and im sure im not far off thats what he was like for you. good luck wycombe but rovers luck he will score against us and deny us getting our 3 points we deserve
