Who do you think Mixu will go with up front against the Hibbies?

I would like to see us try two up front with Rui and Agard getting a start.

    what do you guys think?

I'd like to see Gross getting a go. Although he is young he seems to be doing well with u19.
Lets get a couple of goals today anyway

F and E, Good to see you've survived the migration from the Phonebox; Next round of the predictor cup might be on here.

Thanks GE - will keep an eye out on here for the Cup. I quite fancy a semi final place for the non-leaguers!

We played alright yesterday at ERS, particularily when we were chasing the equaliser. Bryson was very unlucky not to sneak one right at the end. Agard looked promising, good movement and effort and I thought Silva done well when he came on. However, i'm just not convinced with Rui yet. His work rate is very good but he tends to fall about a bit and lacks strength imo. Although he made a couple of clever passes yesterday when playing more in midfield.

Anyway, chin up for next week and let's keep our goalscoring record going (23 consecutvie league games, i think??)

F&E, The only time I've seen Rui play was in the recent home match v. Hearts. He took his goal very well, but did seem very detached. IMO he doesn't seem to have the pace or strength to play the lone striker role, and probably needs another striker to play off of. But then again, I'm sure Mixu knows what he's doing better than I do.

You are spot on GE Rui is skilfull but lacks the strength to go it alone.

Mixu played him wide on the right against Hibs (in the old Danny role) with Agard through the middle.
Agard looks promising but I dont think he will be the goal machine that Fish was.

Good luck to F&E in the next round, sorry I didnt give you much of a game in the first round!

I would like to see Rui do well but stength is the issue. Although, I may be a little sceptical of him as I watched him fail against A*r in Hookies testimonal where he had enough chances to score a double hat-trick but took none. He does have something there so let's hope Mixu waves the same magic wand over him as he did with the Fish.

Killiedelboy, best of luck in the remainder of the league, wish you all the best in retaining the title. Although, I hope I meet you in next seasons cup
