The club has issued a s
Statement (can't copy and paste on this ridiculous phone)

Any away fans found to be in the home ends will be monitored and should any action be needed, appropriate measures will be taken

This does not apply to those aged 12 and under

Really? So away fans won't even be kicked out unless theirs trouble?

Why not just name the stadium mini anfield and fill the concourse with liverpool history

    Absolutely ridiculous

What do you expect the club to do?? They cant stop people from Hull getting tickets. They've asked em not to wear colours. They are saying nicely you will be kicked out if you act like a ****. They cant do anymore.

‘Any supporter found to be attempting to gain access to home areas of the ground wearing Liverpool apparel will be refused entry to the stadium. Should any away supporters be found to be sat in home areas, their behaviour will be monitored by stewards and any necessary action will be taken*’

*-Please note that this policy will not be applicable to youngsters aged 12 and under '

    How embarrassing.

The club being pushed reluctantly and uncomprehendingly into action by its supporters (yet again.)

Names and addresses should be noted to avoid repetition of this offence and to make it clear to the inadequates that their craven weakness is taken seriously by the club.

Contrast this if you would with the pathetically strident tone of PC Karl Corcoran when thundering on about the potential mass death to be caused by a harmless smoke-filled cannister.

The anger and potential for violence caused by trespass into the home ends is far greater than one little smoke 'bomb'. Not to the know-nowt police or the 'neutral' mentality of those currently in charge of our football club, but to us the fans, it is.

It's a massive shame that no one at the club seems to care or understand this.

Guess they're focussing on the 'Amber' mascot launch......

Is that the club statement at the top Mr. Blampey?

If so at least they won't be letting people in in Liverpool attire, I genuinely thought they would do. Awful policy though, I'm sure there's enough city fans to sell out te stadium for these games, any away fans found should be booted out and banned, including kids (although I wouldn't ban kids). We're basically just sending out a message to all the other plastics that its perfectly fine for them to take up sought after home seats as long as they don't laud it about too much.

    Limp dicked ****ers.

It's not really the case that we can't fill the stadium.

We have several thousand pass holders who will 'treat' some inadequate 70s throwback family member down on his luck who has coveted this one game ever since the fixtures came out.

'Uncle Norman' will be thus allowed to use a season pass and sits next to some lukewarm local 'Premiership' City fan. The under 12 LFC fans also get in by this Trojan Horse strategy.

Just watch how many people rush down and film the LFC larkers warming up before kick off.

Cringeworthy and degrading for us as a club.

And be under no illusion - if any "home" fans complain too vociferously, they will be ejected. This club has a small time mentality, aided and abetted by a section of it's small town supporters. No doubt any trouble will be deemed to be the cause of someone who holds the values of CTWD, whatever the facts are.

Stuart, I mean there will be plenty of HCAFC supporters who might even have got behind the team missing out so these Hull reds can get a rare opportunity to see their team live as they can't be arsed to go to Anfield, and te club are approving it.

Chazz is right that its difficult to stop it, specially when a lot will be from Hull themselves, but they should be far more condemning and try to put people off it else every time a big club visits, hull reds will keep jumping on it and taking up tickets city fans could be buying.

I have match day ticket seats around me, if any prove themselves to be Liverpool fans I will have absolutely no qualms taking matters in to my own hands and doing the job te club should be doing, I urge everyone else to as well. I don't mean be violent or physically aggressive, but let them know they're not welcome in the home stands and make them truly feel that way.

It would be very positive for the club if people followed your example.

The police and stewards also need to be pressurised into ejecting any of these losers.

If someone is known to be an away fan they should be ejected straight away not if they MIGHT cause trouble

Such a small time mentality at this club

What do you expect? The club's been advertising this for ages, despite there being more important matches in the footballing calendar.

I don't know how you can support two teams in the same league.

Are you totally clueless or just pretending to be? The so-called fans liaision officer Corcoran warned
City fans thinking of going in the home ends at Huddersfield that they would be be ejected and if it was considered that by going in there it was considered they could have caused any upset he would seek banning orders for them. No mention of it was OK for under 12s.
It is against ground regulations. If any under 12 is in the home area with a parent that parent has broken ground regulations and they should both be ejected. If this is OK why do we need a few hundred seats as segregation when the club and police are now implying that fans being mixed together isn't a problem?
We all know if the presence of these plastic inadequates causes any problems it will be only City fans that end up being ejected or banned. It seems to be a policy that only home fans get arrested or banned.

It's hard to stop it yes, but that statement is practically an invitation. It pretty much admits away fans are allowed in the home end. The wording in that threat is just plain laughable.

    It reminds me of:

This is all I have seen and I can't see any problem with what they are saying.

"Any supporter found to be attempting to gain access to home areas of the ground wearing Liverpool apparel will be refused entry to the stadium. Should any away supporters be found to be sat in home areas, their behaviour will be monitored by stewards and any necessary action will be taken"

Over the years I have watched many a game from the home stands, as I live away from Hull and it can be difficult getting tickets for the away end; I also attend with mates who are home supporters. There are bigger things to get pissed about than this, so **** off with your smart-ass question. :emoticon-0146-punch
