I think we'll keep hold of Moore. I would like to sell Lita, what a waist of money.
Dobbie will also go.
So we need maybe 1/2 new strikers depending on Rory Donnaly.
A new winger to cover both incase of a long term injury - Gwion Edwards had a good season, could make the bench.
Maybe a new CM to cover for Britts/Allen in place of Mark Gower. Love the guy but quality needs to up now.
Bodde will be released. And will be interesting to see what Kemmy Augustien does. Wether he will be invovled much.
Also McChecran was a rather poor signing for the Swans, in terms of his impact for us - almost Zero.
So in terms of defenders, we will probably need 2 new ones, one to replace Monk on the bench the other to replace Caulker.
Depending on Situs development he could be an option somewhere.
Maybe another to cover Taylor if he gets injured. Tate can do a job, but probs need to look to get somebody else in, if not this coming season, def the next.
Hopefully Obeng can pick up as well.

UTILITY PLAYERS

Romelu Lukaku on loan? The next Drogba...plays up front alone so fits our system, is quick and very strong and has an impressive scoring record in Belgium and for Chelsea Reserves considering he is only 19...they are bound to be looking to get him some experience and is unlikely to feature @ chelsea next season...could be perfect back up for Graham

Don't know about the quality of the youngsters at Chelsea, Josh McEachan hasn't exactly set the world alight with us, and he is supposed to be a future star with them.

Great shout that, if the transfer for Lacina Traoré doesn't happen then Lukaku would be a heck of a signing. I doubt Chelsea would let him go though unless they have a new striker in mind. Traore/Lukaku with Graham playing off would be a stunning partnership.

Well, he has two years left on his contract, and he said last month he is aiming for a reoccuring role in the Dutch national squad, and he admitted he has to play elsewere to achieve that. Last year he was linked to some clubs in the Bundesliga. Main problem is, Feyenoord has reached CL quali tournament. But it is very likely they will not make it to the group stage, so he might be an option if Swansea keeps tabs on him. He is a solid defender with a good passing technique. And his playing still should fit the EPL well, he's a bit like Johnny Heitinga.

Our most important signings will be that German lad, Neu Tranen-Grownd and that japanese centre back Acada Mie

"a bit like Johnny Heitinga"

I still can't believe we're linked with players of this quality. OK not at the Man U level but still.....

I think it will all depend on whether they retain Drogba's services and/or whether they are in for a winger as they would then push Sturridge to a lone striker meaning Lukaku is 4th choice and they paid a lot of money for him considering he is 19. I think he would be perfect to provide a bit of back up or even start a couple of games, look what Sturridge and Wiltshire did at Bolton and what Caulker has done here considering their age.

I see where you are coming from valley but I just think it was a case with McEachan is that he just didnt fit in and/or settled. He looked a little lightweight too. Still firmly believe he will become one of the better midfielders in the country. Sometimes these things work (caulker etc) and sometimes they dont.

Swansea also fancy Portuguese club Feirense’s French striker Bedi Buval, 25, at around £400,000.

Don't know anything about Buval but on paper he doesn't look a good option (lots of knee injuries and not particularly prolific). If Rodgers sees potential I could only imagine a deal if it was very cheap for us and he was on a performance related contract.

Cox I like, he has flair and is always prepared to shoot. Not worth anywhere near £2 million though. Would have thought £500k - £750k.....West Brom paid 1.5m for him and he's barely been able to get on. Depends what we get off Blackpool for Dobbie I suppose.

As we all know, there's more than likely no truth in either though, just agents getting their players in the paper.

How about Carlos Sanchez to replace Gower or as one of the 2 centre-backs we need?

On a free from Valenciennes.
Can play centre-half or centre midfield (more experienced Darnell Situ).
He's a Columbian international and played centre-half when they recently beat Argentina.

Reading have lined him up but interestingly Martin Jol is rumoured to fancy him as an extra midfield option as well. If it's true Jol likes him I would definitely be interested, he made some astute signings last term (Ruiz, Marcel Gecov, Kasami, Grygera and Diarra).
