Four options for the design of next seasons programmes. No mention of Hull City on any of them... please log in to view this image
Well the twitter page for the programme is called something like @#UpTheTigers if that clarifys anything?
Either of the bottom 2 would look great. I also like the opposition being greyed out, puts more emphasis on our players (as it should). The amber off sets Quinn's flame haired quiff. I'm guessing he's the featured player.
Drip drip drip feed us slowly then when they admit to rebranding us we are already use to the stupid idea !!!!
Bottom left looks the best template to me. Retro appeal and I also like the fact we feature in colour and the oppo in black and white.
Top right for me, bottom left would do. Top left has echoes of our programme for the last game at fer ark. Looks ****e though. As for the drip feed of the tigers. Stories on the official website are full of the tigers this and the tigers that. Not sure if that's always been the case or I've just become more sensitive to it.
Kinky. Anyhoo, are some of you SERIOUSLY complaining our programme refers to us as the Tigers?? Don't you think "Up the Hull City AFC" sounds a bit ****e? Hasn't "Up The Tigers" been around a long time?
Nobody is complaining about being called the Tigers. It's the dropping of Hull City that's the issue.
I just wish they'd change that demented boss-eyed puss of a logo into something a bit more threatening.
Did you know that Liverpool are now just called "Anfield"? please log in to view this image United have dropped the "Manchester": please log in to view this image ...and so have many other teams, going by their programmes.
It this hot weather making people stupid? Both the Liverpool and Man United programmes have the club badge on them, exactly as ours normally does. There is no reference to Hull City on the new programmes, which is exactly the point.
Is there not a Hull City badge on the Hull City players, wearing the Hull City kit, taking up most of the Hull City programme?
Last season the programme said 'Hull City AFC Proudly Presents The Tigers', along with the club badge. Now it has no mention of the club name and there's just a chance of a club badge if the player in the image on the front happens to be facing in the right direction. Why would a football club not put it's club name and club badge on it's programmes, it makes no sense to me?
