Agree with some of what you've said.

I probably traipsed up and down the country with you and Bum CC without knowing it. In those days it felt like 'we' (supporters and players) were part of a small united (well City, but you get my drift) group that all fought together. We had to back the players because they were generally ****, but at least honest.

Fish and all that lot, didn't have the power that the Allams do, so wasn't able to rub our noses in it, like these two ****s do.

Fast forward to now and it should be the best of times (Prem League, FA Cup, Europe for ****s sake), but it doesn't feel like it. There's always something bubbling under in the background.

****ing City, spent my life following them. Shame it feels like it's over and has done for a few years.

New owners? To the point now where I couldn't give a ****.

Fish says he had no choice. This from the man who sold the railway name plate and covered up the fact.
He crumpled way too easily to Callam in that brinkmanship battle. I hold both responsible. Both should have realised it was a explosive powderkeg decision. Both gook a weak and cowardly way out...and blamed the other .

If Liverpool had a beamback in 1989 for the Cup tie act City, why couldn't Bradford?
The final insult : Callam then gets a job at City with Lloyd.

Footnote: if GY - Lincoln in the Conference means a noon kick off, no away fans, bubble game, behind closed doors...what will Humbs OB do now Lincoln are back in the League
Footnote 2: if we go down, we will be playing SWFC, SUFC, Borer, SAFC, the vermin, Derby, NFFC, with possibly Millwall, Scunny, Bradford also. Sales of new connies and orangeries will go through the roof as the OB make all these games CAT C and rake in the OT.

That idiot Callum thought the Bradford fiasco was such a success that he wanted to make the South Stand the permanent place for away gains as they could park them up on a nearby school car park, march them to the ground and stop them going in any pubs on the way.Only when it was pointed out by some more sane members of Humberside Police that it would look ridiculous with a three quarters full bus from places like Southend and Exeter with the whole of Bunkers to themselves did he desist from the daft idea.
I've always thought the reason we didn't get considered as a potential World Cup venue, apart from a lack of hotel rooms, was that they had seen the way Humberside Police panicked over dealing with a few hundred away fans and wondered how they would cope if thousands of Poles, Russians or Germans descended on Hull. Martial law, prohibition a week either side of the game, 8am kick off?

6 million is about a third of what we paid for Mason and Marshall , so a good portion as I said . You've lost me with the volunteer groundsmen as we are talking players not stadium staff .

    Wasn't Mason 12 and Marshall 2?
Silly me, I was thinking the Sky TV money was to be used for teambuilding.

I doubt they deposited anywhere near that amount but it makes them look good if we think it.

Wasn't there quite an extra amount to pay depending on appearances and whether we remained in the EPL?

I think it was £4m, with add-ons based on appearances and staying in the Premier League taking it to £5m, so I went with the middle ground.

Yes, just pulled this off the BBC website at the time.

It is understood the deal for the 31-year-old could be worth up to £5m, depending on add-on clauses.

If there was a clause for clean sheets and goals conceded he would owe us some money.

    Note to Ehaw.
