    At 11.20 this morning it was announced that Micky Adams resigned from Port Vale.
    Could there be something in this, or just coincidence

    Probably not, kunye. The first line of the article says, 'Port Vale manager Micky Adams has stepped down from the role, following his side's run of six straight defeats.' I think the timing is coincidental, rather than the result of head-hunting.
