I am a huge fan of Kayal

    I like Ki

    Brown.....meh

But these players are looking at new deals or at least expect to move to the premiership

Considering our league position and collapse last season, should they even be entertained with a discussion on the subject of their future?

I would expect more for the money they are already on

So should all talks be put on hold until end of season?

I don't have an issue with players leaving on a free contract. Any transfer fee we might get would NOT be spent on the squad in any case.

Why is taking so long, especially with Brown? I read an article about two months ago saying they were very close to agreeing a deal so why has it not been done?

I think Ki's a good player but he needs to play in a settled side. Too much chopping and changing going on this season and Lennon needs to decide on a settled XI. Injuries haven't helped of course.

I'd let Brown go on a free, as long as we have this guy on £25k pw (and why give this hopeless footballer the captaincy?) then he isn't going to be dropped, I don't care if we get nowt for him as I don't think it's a coincidence that we've won next to hee haw since he joined.

Ki is our best midfielder, the reason we don't get consistent performances from him is Scottish football. He's a 'proper footballer' and Scottish football is blood and thunder played at 100mph in gale force winds. He'll be a top class player for someone else when he moves on and he knows it.

Ki has been very hot and cold this season and Kayal seems to be just going through the motions at the moment. They can leave for decent bids, one in January and one in the summer. Brown is the one I'd like to keep but we need to let the other two **** off they will regret it after playing at bolton or blackburn for a few months.

I don't grudge good players a move away from us these days, we're not the team we once were. I used to get bitter when players wanted to leave and would gladly tell them to get to **** asap but I now realise that if these guys want to play football at a high level then they have to leave. Kayal isn't as good as he thinks he is, he's a decent hard working player and that will be confirmed whenever he does move on but Ki on the other hand could play for a really big club in the future, he has every attribute a top footballer requires......unlike Skoosh.

Ledley is far and away, Celtic best MF. When he's injured, you drop points.

Ki is over-rated and so is Kayal IMO. Good players but nothing special.

    Ledley

I'd sign him on a long term increased deal and make him captain!

Best peice of busienss by Celtic in many years!

Won't argue with that, but he's not touting himself for one unlike the rest, although I believe he is on much better terms.

It is our so called injuries that make Neil Lennon change his line up nearly every game.
Neil Lennon liike any other manager will only change a side playing well if he has to, because of injury, or because of a tactical switch which he thinks is necessary.
I have always found that when a team is going well, it seems to have very few injuries as nobody risks losing his place and not get it back.
Of Course we have our long term injuries like Izzy but many of our players seem to mis a game or two and then are ready to come back. I think that illustrates bad team spirit and if that is not got rid of we will win nothing.
I had to laugh Tommynooka's posts that the SPL is played in gale force winds, funny I never saw a wind machine at any SPL grounds to generate a wind storm on calm days.
Just one other thing the fact that we like Kayal Ki Ledley and Hooper is all down to last season's form not this season. I worry how we will perform to Brown returns.
