I may be wrong here, but didn't Tony say that would be getting a new badge this season? I honestly can't fault the guy, but is anyone else feeling a new badge right about now?
Perhaps some new shirts before a new badge design? I guess I can live with them though, although those horribly thin hoops take a bit of getting used to - the 3rd strip white look could actually grow on me and I guess the 2nd strip is not too bad. It was put on ice when the Nike deal came up, they want to work with Nike and the fans to design a new badge, right way to do it!
The badge has been put on hold until next season when we can have our custom designed kit. TF did want it for this season until the Nike deal happened. Next season new kit new badge.

You sound like it's a bit more than the shirt that you like!! I'm not that anti the thin hoops - but I thought last years hoops were about right - I really wish they were all around the back of the shirt though. We're a bit too fake hoops with the massive block on the back. Germany's away kit was lovely - would be very happy with something like that next season (shame it's Adidas)
Beth please keep your Rio affections to yourself. He seems like a nice lad but not my type I look at those shirts and the hoops are abysmal and since when did the hoops play in stripes? I love the all white 3rd kit. Its just like the signed '67 final one ive got framed on the wall. But as been said many times already its a transitional kit year so will tolerate it. Was thinking of getting a new replica top but will get another Guinness one instead of any of these

I think what tony said was the badge has been out in hold until closer to the time we are moving to the new stadium, which may be a few years. But I don't think fans will wait that long. As for the present kit, I admit it's growing on me, although I'd prefer thicker hoops, but let's face it, with the stupid new regs regarding the backs of shirts, our kit will always now look crap with a huge white patch on the back.
