    I said on the Leeds forum when NW was appointed he will be the man to take Leeds up.

    Gotta say he has them well organised and reckon they could hit the playoffs this year.

    I remember their fans moaning and grouning when he was appointed,that was a very shrewd move by ken Bates in getting him on board.

    I remember him saying he would love to manage Bristol City,I thought his and Dels respect before kick off towards each other was great.

    Hopefully Del can go on and match NW achievements with us hopefully.

    I think he needs praising for when we lost our new lb he was quick to realise what happened and told em to get the stretcher

    I'm happy with Del but if NW had come instead I would have been delighted.
    I think a lot of what he does/says is deliberate and he knows exactly how to use the media to his advantage.
    He is a good manager and knows what it takes to get promotion from this league.

    A great manager and motivator of players. His wind-ups are part of his genius. I'll boo him along with the rest but I do admire him.
