Nearest Stoke supporters group

Can anyone help please by providing details of the nearest Stoke Supporters Group to Buxton, Derbyshire?
I'm under the impression that there's one in Leek, Staffs, but have not been able to find any information on this or any other location (other than in Stoke itself) on the Stoke City website or by searching online.
A postal and/or email address would be greatly appreciated.
