    Did have another 'fun' time

Whilst at Uni went to a birthday party in Garstang way oop North... went up with a mad bird who drove one of them old Citroen CVs

I couldn't drive but was sitting in the front alongside her due to me being the tallest. My girlfriend and another girl in the back. We got on the M6 to come back the day after the party and she moved into the fast lane to overtake a van. She only managed to jam the accelerator pedal all the way down ... took her foot off but it remained flat to the floor with the engine screeching. First she starts screaming, then the two in the back start screaming ... not sure what was worse, the noise or impending death <laugh>. Anyway it was a Sunday morning and there wasn't that much on the road ... otherwise Christ know what might have happened .... managed to get her to calm down and push the clutch in start to break and indicate then move lane by lane to the hard shoulder .... the car was making the most horrendous noise. Eventually we made it and the car came to a halt and she switched the engine off. AA came out, fixed the pedal and we all lived to fight another day ... damn near ruined my underwear that day mind.

My mate I did it with used to believe it was a key to other dimensions and to communicate with other entities.

    Wouldn't go that far myself...

Nah I definitely did, <laugh> it was self extracted too so as pure as you can get ;)

It's not just a normal drug for sure, and I did come across 'entities' so to speak.

I don't believe you can use DMT for inter dimensional travel though.

Obviously less time with kids and work, but still rave it up once or twice a month.

Been smoking changa for more than a decade, my pal makes it.

Got some psilocin - synthetic shrooms - and salvia kicking around at home, I'll probably reach over Xmas.

  8. I don’t know if this counts as an NDE, but...

I contracted some strain of exotic flu which laid me out for an entire week. I’ve never known anything like it, either before or since. Three days in i was unable to get off the sofa, where I lay for 48 hours.

At the height of my fever, I had a fantastic hallucination. I knew that I was lying on my sofa, in my living room, but I was also in a life boat on a sea, between two galleon type ships that were firing cannons at each other. I could feel the pressure waves as the cannon balls zipped above me. I could smell the gunpowder and feel the swell of the waves as the ship closest to me rocked with the recoil. I remember looking up at the bow of that ship and seeing faces peering down at me.

I knew that I had died in that lifeboat, in another life time. I was completely at peace, and unafraid.

Next morning, the fever broke, and I was up and about within hours, eating my first solid food in 4 days.

Fair enough mate. That psilocin supposed to be incredible.

The last time I was offered dmt was a few days before my ex's due date.

Had to pass on that one <laugh>

A lot of people have similar experiences on DMT: crossing the tesserat as in Interstellar

Yeah I had that experience for sure I just don't believe I was genuinely travelling between dimensions.

For sure people have similar experiences, there's youtube videos of people all having a hit and describing very similar things whixh will make sense to anyone who's done it.

Yes, you can snort it and have a one hour trip down the pub. Great fun.

I smoked a lot of DMT around the time I had my first child.

You feel great the next day, it breaks down all your coping mechanisms, such as hiding behind your mobile on the Tube.

You actually look up and outwardly at the world, very good for you!

Describing it as a drug is like describing love as a chemical reaction in the brain. It just doesn’t come close to the experience of what it is.

I took a lot of DMT in the 90’s and I ended up coming to the conclusion that I didn’t know what the **** it was all about really. I had some amazing insights into the nature of the fabric of the universe and I encountered ‘entities’ too. Little fractal chattering elves as crazy as that seems. And I felt at the time that it was an inter dimensional portal to communicate across the ether.

As far as I can rationally describe it (which as you know falls well short of the experience) I think it’s a substance that opens up the bandwidth of your natural perceptions. An analogy I used to use was that of a dog’s hearing. They can hear things at certain frequencies that we would say don’t exist or are inaudible, but they are there, it’s just that we can’t percieve them.

DMT is like switching on a multidimensional receiver that tunes into the far reaches of our perception and lays it bare right before you in all its psychedelic fractal glory !

Yes, you aren't crossing dimensions obviously. But the drug is possibly unlocking dimensions that we would not explore otherwise.

DMT is in all living organisms, we all have similar experiences when we smoke it. There is something going on

Smoking dmt changed my outlook on life completely... Couldn't agree more.

The day after I remembered walking to work instead of getting the bus and just taking everything in around me and noticing trees and plants etc. That I had never noticed before in over 15 years of walking around those streets before.

Impossible to explain to someone who has never done it. Like trying to describe the colour purple to a person born blind.

Everything makes sense when you are on it. The problem is remembering it, when you come down!!

I prefer to look at it as increasing your consciousness to a level you couldn't normally reach.
