Did the welsh wear kilts?.. like back before they all became english?



I'm sure the jocks only wear kilts to make for easy access out on the sheep farm.

 

Nope...I'm in queue..with additional things I bought as well as petrol...if I only bought a paper would that mean I can jump the queue

 

Everyone wore dresses...only the Scotts kept thinking having blue tiny balls made you fierce

 

I'm sure I saw movies where the english didn't... they wore tights and suspenders.
