Goal Threat: Nathan Dyer 4 Danny Graham 3

I love the way that Dyer has now become a potent winger, with the love for hitting the back of the net, it was always the one thing he lacked in season's gone by, but no doubt he is more or less the complete package now, 6 goals last season under Rodgers, and well on target to beat that this season, with 4 goals in 10 games, and no doubt he's deadlier under Laudrup. I hope that our Swansea City Supporters' Player of the Year 2010–11, will start on Saturday at Toon, because for me, he thoroughly deserves it, one of our best players in a Swansea shirt, by a country mile. Having him on the bench is a crime!

i thought he meant "portenant" ..<laugh>

Thought maybe Nathen bought a house near the Cape Horner !!

Nathen has done great as ever, my only gripe this year has been his disipline, i wasnt expecting him to feel the pressure of pablo's arrival but i think he did. The Everton game was unprofessional for me, there was a point in the match where we were on for coming back into it and his illdisipline cost us that chance.
I know he was probably a bit too pumped up but he is still a professional who gets paid to be ON the field not off it!

Cool heads in hot situations, thats what i would guess Laudrup likes, i think that knocked him back a little bit and he had to contend with a spell on the bench, its not so bad with 3 players going for two spots but i do wonder what will happen in January if we sign another wide player.

I think Nathen Dyer will be a target for other clubs in January and Liverpool in the summer if rodgers is still in a job, only he knows if he is happy with the situation here but im guessing its taken a little bit of adjustment from being the number1 first choice to being 2/3 . One thing i do know about him is that he will always try and i see him as critical to our survival hopes, as we saw on saturday sometimes routs and pablo aint gonna work, nathen probably knows that if he plays well he is in the team, ive yet to see Laudrup show much favouritism and i beleive he truely picks the player on form for whatever formation he wants.

Nathens touch hasnt been as good this season but i put that down to a stop start season, i also think he needs games to build up his rythem, his goal tally so far has been impresive and it needs to continue because where as routledge may not score as many he provides more assists than anyone else, i think pablo is heading that we too, Pablo has needed some bedding in time and the results of that have bore fruit .

At the moment i cant really seperate all 3 players! ive always rated wayne routledge, ive seen him destroy us over the years for other teams,Nathen has been virtually unplayable for large parts of our last few seasons and Pablo has undoubted quality which could well mean the difference between us staying up and going down.

Laudrup must take great credit for putting goals into 2 players who did everything but score last season. He should also take credit for rotating all three players and giving them an edge.

Nathen needs a couple of impressive performances to get back to his level, but with goals added to his game the sky is the limit for the boy...but please stay on the field and stop back chatting referee's please !!!
