Says he been brought in to provide cover for Tam but KJ will have a look in training and could put him in if looks alright. Waiting for a text back from a villa fan mate to see what he knows of him
Robbo before Ward imo too although Ward not far behind and hindsight's a wonderful thing but a few quid for Robbo looks good now.
Forde,Dunne,Robbo,Ward and Craig were the nucleous of the defence which conceded one of the fewest goals in the Championship last season. 4 of them played against Bristol City and they have been found out when the ball is played along the ground. Robbo and Ward can mop up the aerial balls all day but they are both lacking in pace and Maynard exposed this weakness. Other teams will do the same and the priority must be to sign some quick young defenders before it is too late.
