To be honest, no. I think the club are arrogant in their thinking that LFC as a brand is still as strong as it was when we were winning trophies. Without star names like Suarez or Gerrard, we now see the true extent of how the team today is seen. Coutinho should now be the poster boy - he's now world renowned.
i think the tour is VERY low key. i eman we've flown several aging explayers out there like folwer garcia hamann rush..... and frankly nobody has shown up. brisbane is a really low key as they are playing a real team they expect 50k in.... the kit launch was ok but you on't need many to make a crowd for that. all white kit is as basic as you can get but it looks ok. I just feel as though we've phoned it in and there is zero excitement here
So instead of covering the pre-season tour, my mate's at St Andrew's working on the Open. He's played golf once in his life. Says a lot about the rags
He was a very decent player (had a few trials) and he's been doing Liverpoo;/Everton for a good few years. He knows jack about golf
