Hi guys - Cardiff calling. Just a quick query about our relative chances regarding next season's Championship season outcome. I use B365 for a bit of fun on games during the season and usually have a pre-season long term bet on going up. I've checked the odds out and have taken 10/1 on us as one getting over the line which I thought was pretty fair. Then I noticed that you were offered at only half our odds at 5/1 - am I missing something? Very early to have a punt on the possibility of either of us going up as one of the lucky three that eventually will, but what are you guys are keeping up your sleeves across there? Now I'm not being funny about this guys, but we finished 8th last season and you were 20th, so what the hell are you doing so right over there to justify the reversal? Gimme a clue and I might have a punt on you as well.
Well there is a lot of talk # talk within our management regarding team building ? we shall see, but if I was in charge of transfers my priority would be 2 new full backs and your goalkeeper. But if we persist with the lame ducks and freebies we will once again struggle, next year will be difficult to get promoted especially with the spending power of Newcastle, AV , & Bighton and of course the parachute payments Norwich will receive.
To be honest I think the bookie must have missed the zero off following the five. I wouldn't give us too much of a chance of top 3. With the right recruitment possibly a play off place, but even that is a bit of a stretch.
