He looks and sounds very jolly and enthusiastic doesn’t he ! Just hope the players take to him . He praised Troy so that will give him a week’s grace .
I think a young inexperienced coach may be more collaborative and that will be great for the team spirit.. I wish him well and may it not be a poisoned chalice...
Well I am not sure what would work really if this doesn't. We've had a moody looking British manager and one from overseas. An ex manager coming back. Now a younger manager who seems to be positive and happy with an attacking mnd set - well he's not had a game yet! I seems the players just didn't like phones being taken away and being disciplined which i suppose says a lot about the modern day football. We cannot keep changing the manager every so often. Players have to take some responsibility. Having said that I wasn't too fussed about Ivic going based on the football played. It was as depressing as the lockdown and wouldn't be surprised if numbers went down viewing matches on the Hive.
