Acupuncture is the way forward mate it's class.

 

I might have to try something, it two he's playing 7-a-side about a week ago, nowt major got out of shower next morning and it just went.

It's clearly a strain but it's spread into my arse cheek now where I've been hobbling about over compensating and it's ****ed.

I got a massage the other day and it eased it right off for a few hours but then it went bang again.

Frustrating.

 

My father in law gets it proper bad where he is just a total cabbage then his acupuncture therapist comes over and does his thing and the next day he's whipping around like a 21 year old.

 

Might try it mate, it's causing mayhem and it's costing me money so it needs all avenues explored!
