****ers all of them, why give the dicks who run european football the chance to punish us. They have fined countries pence for racially abusing players, lets see what they do to us. Will be interesting how it compares.

Whilst I agree it was pretty stupid. Did you actually see what happened (at least before the cameras cut away...?)

All I saw was the fans running to the advertising hoarding to celebrate Bale's goal and the stupid thing gave way, the fans then fell onto the pitch and just started jumping about celebrating the goal. I think it would be INCREDIBLY harsh to get anything more than a warning, but knowing how inept FIFA/UEFA are...I'm a bit worried.

BTW top work from Bale going up to the fans and gesturing for them to calm down and get back to their seats whilst the Andorrans security guards were man-handling them, he's really grown into a top pro.

Well if that's right Norfolk then our supporters not the FAW deserve any sanction.

I agree on Bale - well done to him.

If the fans can be identified then maybe they should be banned by their local clubs. That would show that we are serious about sorting out the problem. Any idea where they were from? Swansea? Cardiff?

That is way over the top tbh plastic. how many times do you see fans run to the front when a goal has gone in. It's not the fans fault if the hoarding gives away. they should have had better security in the first place....

Agree mostly, but if I understand Norfolk's post they didn't get up and leave the pitch but stayed on it jumping up and down. I suppose it depends how serious a breach it was. Generally, I think fans should keep away from the pitch, as it can only cause us problems if we get fined, get points deducted, etc. Better safe than sorry.

If that proves to be the case daiswan then nothing much should come of it. Not the fans' fault their national stadium is made of balsa wood.

I loved those photos of all that dust and rubble coming off the 'turf' when the players made a tackle. Just thankful we actually won. And Bosnia lost as well, which is good for our hopes of qualifying. Think we'll be relying on Bale too much though.

Get Ramsay on a proper pitch and I think he will be the driving force in the team.

FAW need to insist all other Andorra games are played on that pitch. The only problem is if it rains it will be far more similar to playing on grass.

That's why Coleman wouldn't complain about it during his interviews last night.

You're probably right. Who on earth would actually go out of their way to celebrate being bloody Andorra so narrowly?
