We kind of put this down to barton having a personal gripe with warnock... but it looks kind of prophetic now... no plan, lots of excuses. They could relieve a lot of that pressure by throwing bates out on his arse, explaining that the reason the finances are in such a sorry state is the building work, and that they can't do anything right now until they restructure the clubs finances to allow all income to be spent on the team. They need to explain to fans that the problem at the moment is we can't pay any fees until the club has been profitable long enough to build up some capital.
