With Park. He works hard but he ain't good enough, don't understand MH making him Captain or playing him so much. Adel creates lots of goal scoring chances, can't remember Park making one.

I think you and Inked are being way too over sensitive. We should say what we think, in the nicest possible way!

Time is valuable and too much of it is spent reading through pointless spats.

Johnson and park were 2 of our better players yesterday. Cisse and adel aren't as good at defending as them, have a far inferior workrate, and have both been off form recently. Not what you want away to the most potent attaking lineup in the county! Our defensive shape would have gone to pot with them playing, and city would have scored a hatfull!

Maybe they would, but when we had gone 2-1 down at least, then it would have been worth taking that chance.

interesting - from what i've seen of you boys this year (not much, the game last week and some highlights), Park looks like one of your best players! Do you other guys agree with Oslo's assessment?

    Just interested!

After the massive trouble we had with the Faulin thing i find Imaz's insinuations about percentages, backhanders or whatever very worrying.

He should put up or shut up. If you are so right Imaz give all you know to the PL, FA and the Inland Revenue. The last thing our club needs is false rumours being spread by someone who says he supports our club. There seems to be a hidden agenda. perhaps you want us to have another long and eventually fruitless investigation to undermine our season.

FFS it is hard enough winning matches without you trying to bring us down.

They scored their second goal during the spell in which we were coming into the game and applying some pressure, so making immediate subs wouldn't have made sense given the players already on the pitch must have been doing something right. More than that, Hughes knew he'd have to withdraw faurlin/granero eventually (both lacking match fitness), and ferdinand had already taken his clattering. All three subs made were forced upon Hughes. If we'd subbed johnson/park on 61 mins after their goal, then we'd have had no one left to replace our midfielders who were lacking match sharpness, or our centre back who'd taken a whack!

Park has played consistently well and not had a bad game. Taarabt's play is unpredictable, but when he plays well, he can unlock defences. The conundrum for Hughes is how to use all the talent he has most effectively, and he hasn't got long. There isn't a bad team in the Prem this year and we don't want gaps opening up in the league table.

No i absolutely disagree. Park's been out of position for our first two games(three including walsall), and was still one of the better performers. He finally had the chance to play in his preferred wing position yesterday and looked better for it.

thats what i thought, he looks dangerous every time he has the ball! Taraabt can do the same but as has been pointed out he's a bit hit and miss. Personally rate Hoilett much higher than Taraabt

No, i think hes talking bollocks! Park has played 2 games at CM and 1 at LW and his best position is RW.

The picture posted was taken at 6:54am, that would give the manager plent of time to make any changes that he saw fit wouldn't it?

Lets get behind the lads (expecially against our neighbours.

Nah, that is about as negative as MH is! 1-0 or 2-1 down obviously we needed a goal! He did bring on Cisse but well too late. If Adel had been on the bench he could have brought him on for Ale. Are we so defensive that when we are losing a game by a goal we still prioritise not letting in more!! That is the one big area where I much pereferred Colin to MH - he'd try and give it a go. MH teams are too cautuius, defensive. Maybe that is why so few of us seemed to be at Norwich and City.
