One of the most introverted races/cultures in the modern Britain are the gypsies. Most of them have Irish roots, If I am not mistaken. I've posted my views many a time on here about the FA's disciplinary case and the holes in the 115 page document. You can go back through my posts if you care that much.
He admitted using racist language, he only (laughably) argued the context or whatever. I haven't heard Kenny, or anyone from that once proud institution, come out and condemn him since either.
Yes, he is a ****er. But notice how nobody else around him is carrying out the same act. It's nearly as bad to ignorantly generalise.
No, he argued the intention and meaning of the word. Its a fair enough argument, one of Uruguay's greatest ever players is called "El Negro Jefe" (the black boss) so the word obviously doesn't have as many negative connotations attached to it in Uruguay as it does over here.
