That's news to me. Although Earlier I did see that Simpson was listed as having a shoulder injury. I'll have a look around and see if I can find the story where that's mentioned. Edit, found it. Hmm, so maybe this is a case of 'well if they're not in the squad then they MUST be injured' when in fact it's probably (hopefully!) the case that they are being rested
Doubt so. Last season or so, somebody got fined for playing a weaker team(can't rmb, might've been Mourinho). This is probably a set-up to disguise the fact that we won't be sending our first team for Yewrope I believe.
