For any of the irish on here next time you are in court go to the clerk about a week before your case and let him know you will be seeking to have your case heard under the 1919 soverign constitution of Eire. You will need to hand in a letter stating this and have it witnessed and "sealed" with the soverign seal a 12 string harp with the word Eire underneath. When you go to court stand up ask the judge if he is going to proceed under the irish soverign constitution of 1919 as requested. He of course is not because he cant as the courts are 26 county provisional courts and the 1919 constitution is a 32 county constitution drawn up following the election of 1918. The judge has no choice but to throw out your case as he doesnt have jurisdiction. Its why why the courts service, revenue and even the government have only a 7 string harp and no eire under it in all official documents. Tiochfaidh ar la and happy days not paying your fines etc. I dont think itll get you off with murder or rape or such crimes as they are accounted for in the 1919 documents.
Not really tuna fanny. I seen this in action the other day and asked the fella afterwards how he pulled it off. Its a little known fact that the courts, revenue etc. are still agents of the crown. But the nation of Ireland all 32 counties was formed in 1916 with its constitution being written in 1919 following the 1918 elections. Every person born on the island since then is a soverign irish citizen and can have cases that have to do with acts. Example the road traffic act 1985 etc. Heard under the 1919 constitution where they are invalid .
